Personal View...

Hey guys! Now here's my personal opinion about the current Idol matters particularly about the judges...

First, it's really hard for me to imagine just how Idol would be without Simon on it. It's like he's been the one giving 'spice' to the show. Sometimes you might get irritated with all his unmerciful yet genuine comments. LOL. But at the end of the day, you'll just realize they were all worth it, right? And on the other hand, at least when he compliments a contestant, it's totally big time, if you know what I mean. He won't do that to someone if he really wasn't blown away by that person! LOL. So let me I assume you would all agree with that. Anyway, to Mr. Simon Cowell, I'm gonna miss you sir! Best regards to whatever you're gonna do, like in the X-Factor, I think? I'm sure you'll do very well on that like you've always been! heh:))

Moving on, so Ellen comes next. Based on the post I've read, she's leaving because she thinks she somewhat doesn't fit to be an Idol judge, plus she kind of doesn't feel like saying 'not so good' comments to people though sometimes those comments seem to be really true. She just don't wanna hurt others' feelings. So maybe we can't blame her when she would always praise the contestants back then when the 9th season was still on, which was apparently the first and last season she'd judged. Oh, and another thing, she'll be busy with other stuffs like her other shows too, if I remember right. Ahh! All I can say is that I'm gonna miss her. I'll just try to catch up with her again some time on The Ellen Show. I love it when she would always be blown away by natural grown talents all over the world! haha

And now we're down to the last one, Kara. So hey, it's really just intriguing to me why she was fired if ever that's true? It's making me a bit curious. But anyway, she also had her own style in judging in the past two seasons. She would always make some body movements, or more like head movements when she talks. LOL. But I kind of like that. It's like she could really feel what she's saying. So I can say I'm gonna miss her too for that! :))

So there you go. Just felt like I wanna share how I feel about all of this. Let's hope everything would be fine in the end. The show would always go on anyway, right?

Okay. Talk to you again soon!

Kara will be out too??

Whew! What's all this happening? At first I didn't want to believe that Simon would really leave. Then comes Ellen. And now, Kara too? What's more shocking is that they say she's fired or something. But anyway, sorry I really don't know much of the story. So again, I'll just post a link here plus the main details of that link. Much credit to the owner/writer who happened to be @PopEater on twitter.

Here's the post...

Less than a day after Ellen DeGeneres announced her 'American Idol' departure, TMZ is reporting Kara DioGuardi has "been fired," citing sources connected with the show's negotiations for next season, which will mark the singing competition's tenth installment.

"We're told the show will be going back to a three-judge format and assuming all deals are finalized, the judge's panel will consist of Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler," TMZ writes, adding that Kara's only chance at staying on 'Idol' is "if the J-Lo deal falls apart -- but we're told that deal is done."

The 39-year-old singer-songwriter joined 'Idol' just two seasons ago, shaking up the hit show's three-judge format. Ellen DeGeneres' departure comes after just one season.

"A couple months ago, I let FOX and the 'American Idol' producers know that this didn't feel like the right fit for me," DeGeneres said in a statement yesterday. "I told them I wouldn't leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next. It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for."

Whatever happens with Kara -- and, holy cow, by the way, J-Lo and Steven Tyler?! -- this will go down as 'Idol's' most turbulent hour yet.

Though Team Lopez and FOX officials have not commented, Deadline Hollywood is citing a source claiming the singer's manager has been working on the deal "under the utmost secrecy" for a month. The AP is reporting the same, citing a person familiar with the negotiations.

Ellen leaving too??

Oh heck. First, we already know Simon won't be in the 10th season neither any upcoming season. But how come Ellen too? I really didn't get it at first till I've read a post about it. So let me just share it to you.

Before anything else, here's the link to where I got the news:

Just days before "American Idol" is reportedly set to announce the Season 10 judging panel, Ellen DeGeneres has officially resigned from her position.

“A couple months ago, I let FOX and the American Idol producers know that this didn’t feel like the right fit for me,” said DeGeneres in a press release. “I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next. It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for. I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings. I loved the experience working on Idol and I am very grateful for the year I had. I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be.”

“We love Ellen and understand and support her decision to bow out of Idol,” said Peter Rice, Chairman of Entertainment, Fox Networks Group. “We were fortunate to receive the humor, energy and love for talent that she brought to the show.”

“It was a joy to work with Ellen,” added Mike Darnell, President of Alternative Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company. “She brought an incredible spirit to Idol and was a great new addition to the team. While we’re saddened by her decision, we are very appreciative that she gave us ample notice so that we could work through it together.”

“I loved Ellen’s passion for the artists and her nurturing skills,” said Idol creator and executive producer Simon Fuller. “She brought honesty and optimism to our judging panel and I will miss her greatly.”

“We will miss Ellen, she has been the consummate professional throughout her time on the show, and she’ll always be part of the American Idol family,” added Cecile Frot-Coutaz, IDOL executive producer.

UPDATE: Simon Cowell wishes Ellen well in a statement released to THR. "As I got to know Ellen, I grew to really, really like her. I have huge respect for her because she's always been in control of her own destiny."

UPDATE: "Spoke with Ellen DeGeneres tonight. I will miss her on 'Idol,'" Ryan Seacrest tweeted. "She's one of the kindest and most talented people in Hollywood!"

A New Start...

Hey guys! At first this blog page was only intended for the 8th season of American Idol. But since I love the show so much, I think I'll expand it. I'll update about the current, as well as upcoming seasons every now and then. Too bad I didn't think of doing this much more earlier. I should have been able to post too some reviews about the 9th season, through which the amazing Lee DeWyze had won the title! But anyway, I just created an 'American Idol 2010' label here. So maybe, if there would be any updates regarding the season 9 contestants, I'll just put them on in this label.

Alright. That's all for now. Looking forward to posting more blogs soon. Can't wait for the next season! :))
